The volunteer Directors of the Bulkley Valley Aquatic Centre Management Society for 2009/2010 are:

Regular Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Society membership is included with both Annual Membership options (Pool & Gym or Full Facility). Additionally individuals can join the Society by paying the $5 Society dues. The Annual General Meeting is typically held in June.
